About
Our Practice.
Our practice approaches care through a simple principle: the body functions as a connected system. The teeth, jaw, facial muscles, skin, and surrounding structures influence one another in ways that are often overlooked when treated in isolation. This practice was built to correct that fragmentation.
With a foundation in comprehensive dentistry and advanced training in facial anatomy and muscle dynamics, Dr. Martin provides care that integrates oral health, facial aesthetics, and select body-focused treatments under one cohesive medical philosophy. Every recommendation is guided by structure, function, and long-term balance rather than trends or quick solutions.

Dr. Gregory Martin, DDS, MS
Dr. Gregory Martin was raised in Fairfax County, Virginia and has spent most of his life in the Washington, D.C. region. He earned both a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from Georgetown University before completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where he also participated in the Oral Surgery Clerkship Program.
His academic foundation in mathematics informs the precision and systems-based thinking that guide his clinical work. Dr. Martin is deeply committed to continuing education in both dentistry and medical aesthetics, with a strong emphasis on digital technology and evidence-based advancement. He is a nationally invited lecturer and serves as a Key Opinion Leader for Cynosure Lutronic, Sciton, and Cytrellis, contributing to education within the field of laser and aesthetic medicine.
Before dentistry, Dr. Martin was a high school mathematics teacher — an experience that continues to shape his approach with patients. Training & Clinical
Perspective
Dr. Martin’s clinical background is rooted in comprehensive dental care — preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and surgical treatment — supported by digital diagnostics and thoughtful planning. Over time, his deep understanding of occlusion, muscle function, and facial structure naturally extended into therapeutic and cosmetic neurotoxin, laser technology, and other medical aesthetic treatments. Rather than separating dentistry from facial aesthetics, he recognized their interdependence.
-
Muscle tension influences tooth wear.
-
Jaw alignment affects facial balance.
-
Skin quality and structural support change how the face ages.
When specialized care falls outside the scope of the practice — including dermatology, complex surgical cases, or advanced endodontics — Dr. Martin collaborates with and refers to trusted specialists.
