To understand your plan’s out-of-network benefits, we recommend reviewing your individual policy or directly contacting your insurance provider.  Preventative dental services such as exams, X-rays, and cleanings are typically covered close to 100%.  We are unable to accept any HMO, DMO or Medicare plans.  Our team is happy to answer your questions about your insurance plan and will assist you before, during, and after your visit!

For your convenience, we accept most forms of payment including cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and American Express.

Note: Patients insured under certain dental plans including Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield and Delta Dental are required to pay the full amount during their visit and will receive reimbursement directly from their insurance carrier.

Insurance & Payment

Dental insurance can be complex and confusing.  We want to streamline the payment process for your appointment to ensure it's straightforward and predictable.  Before your initial visit, we'll reach out to your insurance provider to clarify your coverage details and determine your expected out-of-pocket expenses.

We handle all insurance claims on your behalf, but please be aware that you are responsible for any applicable co-pays as dictated by your individual policy at the time services are rendered.  After your insurance processes the claim, we will either issue a bill for any remaining balance or refund any overpayment.  For more extensive treatment plans, we are happy to submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance to better help you understand your financial obligation.
